  • Login Information: When you create an account or log in through the App or Web System, we collect your email address and password to authenticate your identity.

    • The locations and sites you scan using your device.

    • Defects and issues you identify and report.

    • Images and photos captured through your device’s camera, which may include 3D data collected via your phone’s LiDAR sensor (App-specific).

  • Camera and Photo Data: The App accesses your device’s camera to scan field locations, capture images, and collect 3D data for creating detailed models. Scanned images and 3D models are uploaded to our cloud servers.

  • Web-Specific Data:

    • Cookies: We use cookies to track your activities on our Web System. Cookies help us remember your preferences and improve your user experience. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, but some functionalities of the Web System may be affected.

    • Web Login Information: Similar to the App, you may log in to the Web System using your account credentials. We store data related to your login sessions and activity on the Web System, including access logs and pages visited.

  • Optional Data: You may voluntarily provide additional information, such as your name, company name, or other details, to personalize your experience or for business purposes.

How Do We Use Your Information?

We use your Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • Providing and Operating the App and Web System: We collect and use your data to allow you to scan and upload images, report defects, and create 3D models (in the App) or manage site information and reports through the Web System.

  • Processing Scan Data: We process data captured from the App to create accurate 3D models, which are stored in the cloud and accessible through both the App and Web System.

  • Managing Web System Activities: For web users, we use cookies and session data to provide a smooth experience, remembering login credentials and user preferences.

  • Communication: We use your email address to send notifications, updates, and communications related to your account or the App/Web System. This may include reminders, instructions, or customer service responses.

  • Improving the App and Web System: Your usage data helps us identify potential areas for improvement, add new features, and ensure both the App and Web System function as intended.

  • Compliance: We may use your data to comply with legal requirements, such as responding to lawful requests by public authorities.

Sharing Your Information
